I had an absolute terrible experience with this bank. I was signed in and told i would only wait 10-15 minutes to be helped. Not only did it take an hour and 15 minutes just to be seen, but Liz a manager set up my new account completely wrong. When she opened my new personal account she synced it with my younger sister's and i's joint account that i have no participation with. Which took a half hour to do. It's not just this location don't get me wrong they are friendly in person but why the hell do you have a phone # and not be able to speak to anybody!
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I went out of my way (the opposite way) of work last week to come here to get change. I have to hold a bank of cash at work so I needed to exchange my bigger bills for smaller bills before work. I figure, oh I ll go to the bank because at least they wont charge me to get change. I get there about 2:50 pm on a Friday. Before I even walk in, a woman that works there opens the door and asks what she can help me with.
