Unhelpful manager and staff they are wasting time and don’t recommend this branch to anyone
Looks like they’re not trained or have knowledge to work on our accounts. Me and my wife came to make my account joined to her, they opened another account for her even she’s also already a client of them. Their system shows her on my account but she doesn’t have access at all. How to explain that? I came twice to try to understand and fix it. Unhelpful manager and staff.
