I have been banking with Bank of America for 19 years and this is by far the worst location I have ever encountered. The inside teller on Tuesday, 4/7/26 is very rude and condescending and refuses to help. I have a form I am trying to complete and asked what bank contact name and phone # I could place on it which was met with shoulder shrugs and an "I don't know".
