Definitely one of the worst Banks ever! Told me today I could not make a cash deposit into someone else's account.I I did so last week at a different Bank of America.. every other bank allows this except for Bank of America according to this employee. The hours are the worst! They literally argue with me. I would not put a penny into this account into this Bank. Horrible customer service horrible hours terrible rules.
First of all they dont have a drive thru what a joke. Second the people sitting behind the desk have forgotten what it is to provide good customer service. My wife and I are on the same account, all I wanted was a direct deposit form so my wife could get direct deposit. The lady that helped me knew one word and one word only and that was no.
