BOA closed the Howell branch and this one is closed on Saturdays.
I can’t believe they closed BOA in Howell and now I’m forced to go to this dump. They are closed on Saturday which is totally inconvenient.
The staff at this branch are rude, unprofessional and unresponsive to priority situations. They need to know their roles as professional bankers and learn their boundaries-it could be taken as personal harassment!
I'm hearing complaints about closed on weekends HA!!! How about Tuesday 1:00 pm in the middle of work week , CLOSED!!! Website says this branch is open until 4:00 pm. Place stinks!!! Take your money elsewhere. Taking mine out as soon as I can find them open
