This place as the WORST customer service. There's always this older European lady when you walk in that is just so rude and disrespectful and never wants to help so anything. She loves to tell you to just go on the app or online. Today when going in to just verify my address because I have not reveived my debit card she told me she doesn't deliver it that it's the postal service. She wouldn't even look up the account! She is unhelpful and just lazy.
Mariana Ovtcharova is the worst and the greeter acted as if he had a right to listen in on a private cI was trying to have with a manager. I came into the Branch to report fraud on my account because Marco was assisting someone who was trying to gain access to my account but no one would help. A complete waste of my time.
