They are the rudest tellers I've ever met. Definitely do not make you feel welcome and act like you are ignorant for asking them questions
Barbara the manager was very rude with out reason. Why do they have a manager with such attitude. It’s beyond me.
Didn't even wanna give the 1 star. My husband and I live with my elderly grandmother, we help her with everything including taking her to her bank and helping with finances. My husband is usually the one to take her where she needs to go. He has a slight accent, and the assistant manager at this branch was clearly biased against him for it. Avoid this place at all costs. The assistant manager at this bank displayed blatant racism. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Her behavior was extremely dismissive and condescending. It was evident that she lacked basic customer service skills and respect for clients. This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. We felt unwelcome and discriminated against, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Horrible experience. I went to the teller to ask her to deposit my check as CASH. I NEEDED the money asap. Apparently she could not do that, and instead of TELLING me she could not deposit as cash, she went ahead and deposited it anyway with a hold. THE WHOLE REASON i wanted my check deposited as cash was to AVOID THE HOLD. I would have really appreciated if she had just said “I’m sorry i cant to that.” and gave me my check back. Unprofessional.
