Hate this location with a passion. Not friendly at all. Bank manager (lady with short hair) doesn’t greet you, even though she’s on the teller-line and no one in front of her. No customer service skills. I personally bank with TD Bank but have to come here to get change for our register. Never have small bills and coins.
1.5 hours for a notary and did not even get done. This branch should be closed. I am now definitely transferring all my monies out of BOA and will make sure everyone is speak too knows not to bank with BOA. Ridiculous.
They are the rudest tellers I've ever met. Definitely do not make you feel welcome and act like you are ignorant for asking them questions
Barbara the manager was very rude with out reason. Why do they have a manager with such attitude. It’s beyond me.
Didn't even wanna give the 1 star. My husband and I live with my elderly grandmother, we help her with everything including taking her to her bank and helping with finances. My husband is usually the one to take her where she needs to go. He has a slight accent, and the assistant manager at this branch was clearly biased against him for it. He had to call me while they were at this bank and I heard how unprofessional and rude she was. Accused him of trying scam my grandmother and was nasty to him.
