Branch has always been great for all banking services however they are now doing what CapOne used to do before they went self serve. They are directing people off the line and to the ATM. My son who happens to have special needs always goes to client service line like many who have banking needs. So until they eliminate all the behind the counter professionals, they should let the people bank as they please. I did a walk in without an appointment. With then a few minutes Sandra was helping me open a new CC. She was very helpful and explained everything thought the process.
Up to the time I entered the wall NJ branch today, the day was going less than stellar. i wrongly assumed when making a deposit with a customer service manager, a gentlemen who asked to speak with me would just be another annoyance today. totally incorrect and short sighted on my part. not only did both of us drill down to see where this was going, when I explained my current situation has been less than perfect, this gentleman had a solution for my responses that we wasn’t expecting. i have been in corporate banking for ove... read more
