I did a walk in without an appointment. With then a few minutes Sandra was helping me open a new CC. She was very helpful and explained everything thought the process.

I'm a long time BOA customer who stopped here with my wife. As she waited in line I asked to use the bathroom and was told they don't have one for the public. I was told Shoprite had one. I actually drove across the street to Burger King and returned to pick up my wife. 1 star for not caring.
