Completely unprofessional and irreprehensible business practice and staff behavior at this branch. They have repeatedly treated a 96 year old senior citizen with the utmost disrespect by not only making her wait over TWO HOURS to conduct her account management but then sending her away because her paperwork (legal documentation prepared by her lawyer) didn't conform to BOA's highly subjective standards. This bank is a waste of real estate. First I waited for 15 min with only 2 people in front of me. Then the girl from back desk comes and takes the guy behind me that clearly walked in after me with her little iPad. Then she comes back to me. I’m now here for about 25 min. She didn’t want to deposit a check that was clearly the correct name and account # but happen to be missing the word llc or Somthing at the end of it. I had to get someone on the phone to say so, as if that is any more of a verification then my word. I’ll n... read more
