Stay away from this Branch! Horrible staff and service. Take your money to Darren, or Vinny in Lakewood and Brielle. My friend Kevin works at the Freehold Branch and he told me when he worked at Red Bank it was a horrible experience with manager Karen Kondek! She is known to be one of the worst managers in the Ocean/ Monmouth district. Go to Freehold or any of the other locations please ! STAY AWAY from Karen and Red Bank BOA. Sorry to the owners but be aware of your branch!
About a month ago I had a problem at this bank. Horrible service manager didn't help told me shes on a lunch
