Do not use this bank branch or BoA if you have other options. They are completely anti-consumer. They will extract every last dollar they can from you and have terrible customer service. I was a customer for over a decade and had exclusively negative experiences with them. Unprofessional staff…. My one of the friends needed open bank account but Karen one of the managers said he needs a lot of paperwork))) He Social Security number and Visa, passport, driver license. Very bad experience…. Looks they don’t want a new customer anymore. I will try different locations because I love Bank of America but on Red bank location has unprofessional staff
Alejandra was extremely kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and took her time (despite my being there 10 minutes before close!). It was a very pleasant experience!
