One of the worst banks I ever been to. Manager was rude. Think her name was Karen. Fits her well. I’ll just go another 20 minutes to freehold for now on. Miserable environment around this site
Stay away from this Branch! Horrible staff and service. Take your money to Darren, or Vinny in Lakewood and Brielle. My friend Kevin works at the Freehold Branch and he told me when he worked at Red Bank it was a horrible experience with manager Karen Kondek! She is known to be one of the worst managers in the Ocean/ Monmouth district. Go to Freehold or any of the other locations please ! STAY AWAY from Karen and Red Bank BOA. Sorry to the owners but be aware of your branch!
