Well, I have always had friendly service but now I got an email stating this one is closing in August! This is the only one in the area. 16 in the Raleigh area!! Does this make sense!! Been with this bank for a very long time but I think I will be changing. So all of you that complained about the wait time, hope you have a car to go to Raleigh to do your banking!!
Your bank is garbage.
They do not care about customers. They care only about their profits. If you want a bank that you have to stand in line and wait EVERY time you go in there then BOA is you bank. I GAVE NEVER BEEN IN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR THAT I FELT LIKE THEY CARED ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND WSIT TIME. They care more about profits than customers. If you do not believe that try going to different branches and just watch the employees and the customers. They put customers below profits. Just watch them and you will figure it out yourself. After the closing of both the Clarksville, VA and Lawrenceville, VA BofA branches I've had to use the Henderson, NC branch and have Always had Friendly Fast Service.
