Terrible customer service since I’m a young women the manger was extremely rude a man came in after me and she let him go infront of me when one of the workers asked what I needed help with the manger told her that I know I have to wait. Extremely rude definitely don’t recommend this Bank of America.
I had an amazing experience at this branch today. The relationship banker, Ms Prisca, was incredibly kind and patience. She took the time to address all my questions and made the process so much easier for me. Thank you for the outstanding service!
