They should put a pole or something to warn people of the curb when exiting the drive thru atm. It is full of tire marks from being hit.
Stephan and the manager (I'm sorry I forgot her name) were a breath of fresh air when I took my father in to help with being scammed. They were very calming, sympathetic, and helpful throughout the whole process. Even though we probably won't get our money back, Stephan spent hours with us making fraud claims and new accounts all while being as patient as possible. For a family in complete panic, I couldn't have asked for more helpful people.
My husband came to cash a check drawn on BOA. The teller was rude and dismissive. She told him he couldn't be helped because the check was 4k. Like wthelly? I've been a customer for 15+ years and that ended today.
Terrible customer service since I’m a young women the manger was extremely rude a man came in after me and she let him go infront of me when one of the workers asked what I needed help with the manger told her that I know I have to wait. Extremely rude definitely don’t recommend this Bank of America.
