Updated as of 3/19/26: What amazing customer service here. I worked with Helen on an account issue/error and she dedicated with me making phone calls to figure it all out. She is amazing! Definitely recommend! Always a smile when you get there! Very helpful and quick service! I worked with Rani today and she was amazing! She took her time with me and reviewed all my accounts. I was so thankful to stop in today on New years day!!

I recently visited this Bank of America branch to set up a DBA for my business and was assisted by Helen. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. She was personable, friendly, and extremely professional. She made sure everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!
I had an issue with a bank account dating back 10 years and the center manager Kristin and Ola fixed it! They went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved the same day! If you are looking for better service and personal attention from people who really care go to this lincroft location.
While not a fan of BofA in general, and having experienced awful prejudice and customer service at the Shrewsbury Branch. The staff at the Lincroft branch has been extremely professional and easy to do business with. I have witnessed and experienced them treating a lobby full of customers with kindness and efficiency in the midst of dealing with a system problem that went on for some time.
