Tellers walk around aimlessly to then claim you are ambushing them when you approach them with a question. I came back a second day with an appointment and results were no different.
I waited 45 mins on the teller line because this location is unorganized. They had one teller taking everyone while two tellers where in an empty lobby on tablets. One could have been on the line to help. As I finally got to the teller they finally had one of the girls in the lobby hop on the teller window 15 mins before closing. She didn’t even seem to focus I told her twice I needed a money order. Then I put my debit card in 3 times because I kept telling her I put my pin in and she not even paying attention.
