Literally the worst Bank of America on Long Island. The ATMs are constantly down and the lines are insane. Besides the fact that my account has been compromised 3 times in two years this branch is of zero help.
I went now to the boa to exchange a check for cash, I was very clear with the guy who attended me saying that I NEEDED the cash. Then he deposited my check and omitted my request.
