I went now to the boa to exchange a check for cash, I was very clear with the guy who attended me saying that I NEEDED the cash. Then he deposited my check and omitted my request.

Hoy me sentí tal mal por el mal trato que me hicieron en este banco y no por los trabajadores que trabajan ahí si no por la manager suplente ella bien me estaba mirando que ya tenía más de 10 minutos en la línea y nadie me atendía después llega un americano el señor le dijo ella es primero y ella le respondió no importa y lo atendió de inmediato me sentí fatal como que mi dinero tiene menos valor
