Jean -Philippe at the Melville branch was astounding when I was hacked and found myself and all banking accounts compromised and at risk ( especially fearful) crypto crept into the 5 accounts with exposure. His ability and willingness to plow through each account and figure out the way and means to protect all assets and aid in figuring out re/routing of SS as well as auto pay on each. I live around Melville/Farmingdale area and Bank of America bought the WORST possible locations for their bank or drive up ATMs. You have to go through loops and make a U-turn just to get into the parking lot
