I live around Melville/Farmingdale area and Bank of America bought the WORST possible locations for their bank or drive up ATMs. You have to go through loops and make a U-turn just to get into the parking lot
JP and Kevin from the Melville branch were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We had such a great experience.
Very bad service, bad customer service on the part of the staff who work in customer service... You arrive by appointment and even if there is no one else waiting and they are sitting each on their phones they do not give you the support you are looking for. Deception!!!
