Terrible people. They lower the bar for professionalism. Manager told me to bank elsewhere when I politely and quietly asked why they were holding my payroll check for a week. Avoid, I cannot stress that enough.

This location does not deserve any stars but, this location does not deserve any stars but, since I had to give them a star to make a comment that's why I gave them 1, this location customer service is not good at all it is the worse bank ever to do business in no one speaks to you, no one smiles at you, when you walk in its like you are a stranger you have to actually look for what you're looking for everything about this location is just a DISGRACE to Bank of America.
