The staff is very good and helpful and most especially Mrs Alma Mitha she is the best she explain to u very well every thing u need to knowĀ
Ever time I go in to the plainview branch there to get something notarized either they only have one person and us too busy or at lunch and ask me questions they donāt need answers too . Iāve been with boa since 1995 and no other branch gives such a problem. Very disappointed. Had to go to a different bank I donāt even belong too to notarize something with no problem..Ā

Very nice , friendly staff , went to this branch as my old regular branch said āno staff no helpā(Hicksville branch) !!! But everyone here was so kind and helpful , specially the associate who helped me Meiyee Tam , she was so helpful and explained everything so well ! Thanks !Ā
