To whom it may concern, I visited your branch today to open an account before 4pm and was told by your staff that I needed an appointment as there were at least 3 other people with appointments waiting.As I was speaking to the teller regarding when I could come in to open the account a caucasian female came in and I heard her say she was needing help/service and the branch manager told her "no problem, just let me see where I can fit you in". 6 people working in tje back and I'm still waiting 15 mins for a manager to speak to. Tried to remove my dads name from account ...came in with all documents over 2 weeks ago. They said everything will come in mail....nothing yet. Why send ANYTHING to do with bank accounts through the mail???? Time to move to Chase
