Not busy at all but still excessive wait time -
Terrible customer service, I know there was a power outage but the lady at the front desk ignored me when I just had a couple of questions about my payment. This was about an hour and a half after the power was back online. Not a good experience at all.
Just walked in to take out cash for a large purchase and Rebecca was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Very refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares.
Melanie was a champion! My situation was nearly impossible and she made it happen after three phone calls and two branch visits!! Thank you so much for your incredible help and understanding! You resolved my dilemma with expertise and I was so grateful!! Ann and I appreciate you!!
