Poor attention
No ATM Mashine
small location that is close to a side intersection in Statesville. The ATM malfunctioned and wasted some time when I made a point to bring it up to the teller, she was rude and said they wouldn't put a sign up to indicate that it was broken because someone was on the way to fix it.... not a good excuse.
