Don't ever expect to get anyone on the phone. ATMs work half of the time, with this last time accepting my cash payment for my credit card and then immediately freezing and not offering a receipt or a return of funds. I go inside the bank, they tell me they don't handle the ATMs and to call a number. I call the number, they say they don't handle that and transfer me straight to the BOA customer support line, which I've been on hold for over 30 minutes now. The worst. I made a credit card payment at the Statesville branch atm. The atm accepted the money then printed me a receipt apologizing for not being able to accept the payment or return my money. It has been a month and I am still waiting for my payment to be applied to my balance. Still nothing. After this is resolved I will nit use there credit card anymore. BOFA is the worst
I have tried to check on a payment on account. Listen to 25 min.of music and services. Went to local bank and the teller said she's not allowed to look up information on my account. Payment was mailed out five days ago.been with them 16 years.

Absolutely the worst branch of the worst bank in the country. You're telling me a 2.5 trillion dollar company can't fix their drive up window in 3 years? And forget about getting change for a small business, they say they can't give you over a couple hundred dollars of one bill which is a lie, they just don't want to take the time to get up and pull it out of the vault. 10 years with this bank and I'm done.
