Bad experience only one teller for many people other teller don’t work and care for the clients
The worst bank ever. Day after a holiday closure and one teller? Business client lone but nobody ever there. I have to close business to make deposits and lose over a half hour of business because of this bank. The manager is useless. 8 employees in bank and only one teller.
The Business Services "Lady" - dark skin, and heavyset" was rude and gave me a mean look when I asked, how long will it take to speak with a representative, as I walked away, she slightly shut her door.... The wait was a while to be seen, they only have one teller and one manager to assist with a line of about 10 people.... Never will I bank here or recommend anyone.. Terrible Customer Service.
