I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here!! I came here on Saturday 11/8/2025 at 12:50pm and it is 2:25pm and I am still waiting for my paper to be notarized. It is close to 2 hours for one piece of paper to be stamped. There is no customers here waiting bc it is now closed but here I am waiting. This is the most ridiculous place I have ever been. In no other Bank of America have I needed to wait this long for a notarized piece of paper. Save your time and go somewhere else!!!!!
Seems to be a very nice bank branch. Good staff. Very good officers. Bank of America makes transactions more difficult and tricky than they need to be.
Man, I’m beyond pissed at the Bank of America branch in Hauppauge, NY. My wife is 7 months pregnant and just needed to drop off a business deposit for her job. Should’ve been in and out, but nope, it turned into this total crapshow of rudeness and what honestly felt like straight-up discrimination. The line was snaking out the door, which is just insane for a big bank like this.
