This bank has become the worst BoA I've ever used. Not my first issue but possibly the last time I'll go to this location. I've had an account for 20+ years through FL. This branch has declined fast. I needed a notary, I've done this here before. The woman who came over looked over the paperwork & said I needed an appt due to 6 signatures. She set that for 2 hours later. When I went back the "new to doing" notary said she couldn't do it because I couldn't fill out all the lines in the document but she would verify with the "... read more
Easy to see right off Montauk Highway servicing West Babylon and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Staff is ok. Personal loans and mortgages are available. We will most likely be going back.

The staff is always friendly & the inside of the branch had an upgrade. Can get to see a teller with little wait & desk area there to help with questions.
Tyler, Adam and Ahmed are awesome. Always refer to the customers by first name always friendly and always helpful. Pleasure banking with them.
