Terrible, shame this is bank nearest one to me. They are sooo slow, even when a line forms, and having 2 or more workers just roaming the bank, not with customers, they still WON'T add a 2nd teller. It got to the point that one did join but only to help a customer she was familiar with, to then just leave, not attend to anyone else and left to just be on the floor again. Like come on, shouldn't the prioty be to make sure the line flows and everyone gets attended but I guess they pick and choose who gets faster service.
