“ the Bank if Jennifer” Is the name we give to the Brielle Branch of Bank of America! Jennifer is the greeter, the meeter, the consonant professional. She is always pleasant available and incredibly helpful. I would find it difficult to do banking without Jennifer’s presence. Everyone else is helpful also but Jennifer is the light that leads Roseanne Palladino.
Was so happy! Had a great experience at the BOA in Brielle. The employee I interacted with was Grant. Nice, knowledgeable and patient (I'm not tech savvy). Now I know where to go for banking help! Thanks Grant and thanks BOA for hiring this wonderful employee!
rude teller. don’t greet you, no thanks yous, no hello how are you, no have a good day, just barked “over there” pointing to a till and stares at you. bad customer service, Wall is much better.
Had to visit this bank while away for work. I was wiring money for the purchase of my first home. Grant was extremely detailed and thorough, making a scary process super easy!
