I’d like to thank Laura Power for going above and beyond trying to help me reactivate my checking account. The legal department was giving me a very hard time and within 24 hours of talking to Laura my account was back to normal. I can’t overstate how impressed I was with her customer service and her diligence while resolving the matter.

This is possibly the worst bank I have been to. Their ATM machines (both inside and outside) do not work. They will not accept cash. Good luck with this bank! They suck!
