The manager and teller that were at this location on March 22 are incompetent, rude and abrasive. No wonder Bank of America is shutting down locations. It's probably due to the kind of people that they have working at this location
Worst banking experience nothing good except the atm. I agree with other comments
Avoid this bank and Aida Santiago at all costs. They will not help you. They will knowingly waste hours of your time. For the 2 hours I was there for 20/30min I waited for my appointment and during my appointment spent another 30min+ looking at an empty desk. Then tell you sorry even though they had all the info to know they are wasting your time from the start. If you need to do any banking with BofA beyond using an ATM avoid this branch.
