They have been helpful, friendly and responsive to me. I would recommend them.
I found they were not friendly and not helpful at all. I closed my account. The manager was rude and very unprofessional and no regard for the customers feelings. They would hold checks for over 10 days, where the manager could have released some of the funds.
This branch is sooooooo much better than the Southampton branch...some of the help appear to be a little too young and need a little polishing on their appearance(ei piercings and tatoos and some inappropriate clothing)...but can over look this by far in comparison to the Southampton branch even though it is 40 minutes from my home.
