If you see this lady just RUNNN , she’s probably the worst manager at any Bank of America branch iv ever been too . She’s hateful she’s ugly to ppl she’s very unprofessional. Every single time I have gone in she finds a way to give me problems that other branches would b like it’s fine . Crazy how she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to this lady has to go for the sake of this business!!!!! Plz BE AWARE OF THIS WOMAN SHES HATEFUL
Ms Faye helped my husband and I open a shared account, she gave us awesome customer service and helped the transition be smooth! Also gave us knowledge on how to use our credit card rewards to the fullest, and set us up with online banking. Thank you for your kindness!
