Has been temporarily closed for a year now don’t go there online we have to drive all the way to mass to cash our checks thank his we don’t need to anymore this bank always been undependable since they opened js my opinion and do t give me no response back with automated message cause a human can’t answer our complaints

Nice branch, professional service
I wish I could give zero stars. Better off going to a credit union or Santander. I honestly believe that Bank of America takes pride in hurting their customers. After 10 years of their headaches and this one last time (I called, waited for hours to speak with a rep then a manager, only to be showed no sympathy) I’m switching to another financial institution in the morning.
