I wish I could give zero stars. Better off going to a credit union or Santander. I honestly believe that Bank of America takes pride in hurting their customers. After 10 years of their headaches and this one last time (I called, waited for hours to speak with a rep then a manager, only to be showed no sympathy) I’m switching to another financial institution in the morning.Â
