This is by far the slowest bank I've ever been too there can be nobody here and the employees at the window work way to slow they are not fast enough im writing this right now on line making a deposit and I've been waiting on line for 22 minutes its very very poor work they do here go to any bank of america you can because shirleys is TERRIBLE!!! I wish I can do half a star because thats more accurateÂ

Pleasant people, not too long waitingÂ
Don't waste your time doing business here. Why would you schedule an appointment a day in advance if you still have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen when there is legitimately one-two other clients in the building. I don't expect everything dropped for me when I walk in but if you have my contact and info you can reach out to reschedule or whatever before wasting my time.Â
