Following the positive recommendations of several associates, I recently opened a savings and checking account at Bank of America (BOFA). I received exceptional service from senior banker Kelvin Espinal, who demonstrated remarkable patience and attentiveness in addressing all my inquiries regarding account setup and functionality. Mr. Espinal ensured I was fully versed in mobile banking access prior to my departure from the branch. His assistance was greatly appreciated.
Today I went for exchanging money and the trailers said their manager is not available now. Come another time
ATM was always out of service. They changed it recently so fingers crossed. This branch really sucks when it comes to the ATM. I hardly ever go to the bank and after my initial review with the new ATM system the problems persist. If a person goes to a branch 3-4 times a year and the ATM is not working., wouldn't you be disgruntled?
