Wonderful
Today I went to this bank and I met Michael Osman who helped me a lot. He is very professional, friendly and pleasant. Also all the staff of the bank was very helpful. I will continue my business with the bank, specially with the Michael.
Utterly useless, unhelpful. Nonexistent customer service that let the phone ring for hours only to tell you to call the equally unhelpful 1-800 number. Better to keep your money in a mattress and save yourself the trouble.
