Customer service is horrible/ the old tall blonde lady is very disrespectful. Something is going on with her/ please don’t bring your home problems to work

I had the pleasure of having Vincy Blevins assisting me at Bank of America after experiencing fraud on my account. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. She made a stressful experience much lighter and more bearable.
I have banked with Bank of America for over eight years. I Have two business accounts and have always liked them for how many locations they have from here to California, but this location in Belleair is not very pleasant. The staff was OK except for this lady Debie very unpleasant very unaccommodating and short tempered would not recommend this location.
I don't understand all these bad reviews. I have never experienced anything but fast kind and professional service. I am so grateful to have a bank that is staffed near me. Finding a bank that has people in it to help you is becoming very difficult to find.
