Terrible experience with the bank manager. He is extremely rude and never helpful at all. Every single time I go to this branch, I get ignored and left waiting for a very long time while he helps people who came after me. When I asked why, he kept saying they had appointments, but it was obvious that some of them did not. I have never felt respected or valued as a customer at this branch. Manager Nelson treats customers like criminals for trying to withdraw their own money. Instead of providing professional customer service, he acts suspicious, rude, and confrontational over a simple transaction. They also seem to have policies where unless you do exactly what they want, they will not allow you to withdraw your money on the spot. Customers should not be interrogated or made to feel guilty for accessing their own funds.
