Mercy did a really great job helping us open a personal and business account, making the process seamless and easy.
Stay away from this branch. I came into the bank to update my address and Shane whose title is banker says the only person that can update an address is the branch manager who is out for the day. He refused to let me speak to anyone else very rude. Unfortunately his staff knows he’s a very poor supervisor and you could read it all over their faces. I feel very sad for those ladies behind the counter.
Went in to withdraw money because the ATM has limits. The customer service person Nelson was so helpful and kind. Showed me how to adjust the amount in the app. He was so helpful to everyone waiting in line and helped expedite the flow.
I just tried to setup an appt to notarize my will & Living Trust, which I generated, but was turned down. Supposedly, in the benfits listed, there is a "free" notary service advertised. Last time I notarized these documents, ~2-3 years ago, BoA had no issue doing such for me gratis. But today, they refused. Now I have to pay $30 to UPS for a service a Platimum Awards BoA member used to get for free. Time to change banks after 25 years! Trasnferring significant funds to my alternate bank right now.
Very good customer service from the time you go in till you leave keep up the good work also I will like to give a thumb up to Mercy and Charles
