Terrible experience with the bank manager. He is extremely rude and never helpful at all. Every single time I go to this branch, I get ignored and left waiting for a very long time while he helps people who came after me. When I asked why, he kept saying they had appointments, but it was obvious that some of them did not. I have never felt respected or valued as a customer at this branch.
