Professionalism at its finest. The bank is clean, employees are dressed very well and are very kind and respectful. Always have a great experience at the Trinity branch.
Mercy did a really great job helping us open a personal and business account, making the process seamless and easy.
Stay away from this branch. I came into the bank to update my address and Shane whose title is banker says the only person that can update an address is the branch manager who is out for the day. He refused to let me speak to anyone else very rude. Unfortunately his staff knows he’s a very poor supervisor and you could read it all over their faces. I feel very sad for those ladies behind the counter.
