I’m writing this for my sister who has been on the phone with Bank of America for an hour now and has been hung up on out of no where while being helped and is now on hold again. We are furious our plans got canceled Bc we can’t do anything until we get ahold of a representative to fix the problem with the card. We are never going to get help and it is ridiculous. They need to get better associates or more associates because this is NOT okay
Went for help with a wire transfer and was told there was nobody to help me yet the bank was empty.
Always helpful could use an extra teller first of month
