If you are a younger person trying to open an account or get a credit card, do not come to this bank. The lady i dealt with was not straight forward with me and was a straight liar. I say specifically younger person because the lady I dealt with will try and manipulate you, and take advantage of you.
I had an excellent experience at this Bank of America location! The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. I really appreciate their efficient service and the welcoming atmosphere!
The service here is always friendly and efficient! I love how convenient their branches are, and I've never had any issues with my accounts. Plus, the mobile app makes banking so easy.
People could not have been nicer. We came in 10 mins before closing and Shawn stayed past closing to help us. Great experience!
