I would give zero stars if I could. Confused employees, admit they've never seen expense warrants and that they have no account on it to attempt to process it. Notify them its a treasury warrant with a treasury code on it, it pays directly from a state treasury as opposed to a personal checking account, "we don't know what to do, you'll have to contact the payer for more information." The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on banking issues and able to make the process quick and easyÂ
This is my first and last time here ...the wait time is ridiculous atleast at Pikesville you have someone to greet you and give some type direction...no one to ask for help the two associates working at their desk have been working with the same people for atleast an hour please get these people some help I moved it up to five star I was very impressed with Mr Coates calling to apologizing about my experience at this branch and once he explained the staffing issues I realized I made the review out of frustration and not logi... read more
