I went here today to change my name on my account. I got there at around 4:45 which was 15 mins before closing, and the only banker they had was busy with another client. Diane (not sure if this is her name but I remember it started with a D), who I believe is the manager, went out of her way and asked the mortgage guy (Edison) if he could help me with my request. Edison was very helpful and the whole process literally took 10 mins. Really pleased with my experience at this location.
