This place is a joke. Always one teller who is extremely clueless. There can be a line of people and the “managers” just stand around and try to look busy. The only good one here is Ms Ellie, haven’t encountered anyone else here worth a damn.

Absolutely trash. From the customer service to bank policy’s
Doesn't matter for what I go, the teller keeps telling me to called Costumer service. Last time I went, I needed a temp card to pay some stuff and was told to use the digital card even after I told them,what I needed to pay didnt accept digital card. There is no reason this bank should be open if I need to do everything online.
