Let's start with the BOA Culver Center Financial Center, under the manager TONANTZIN ALVAREZ. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and mismanaged. The worst manager I have seen in my life. I have cashed many governmental lottery tickets at this branch and other BOA locations.
