This bank suck it’s always a long line and there always only 2 people working in teller Always taking for ever This bank need to hire more people this is ridiculous
6 windows but only 2 tellers and a long line back to the entrance door. Not acceptable
This branch of Bank of America has the most helpful, cheerful and lovely staff. They are always professional and efficient helping everyone one of their customers. Yordanka, especially, always goes above and beyond to meet my banking needs.
If I could give this Bank of America branch 0(ZERO) I would. They are really unprofessional. They make you wait a lot and they are inexperienced. Did go in for a notary service and I was greeted with half smile. Before doing the notary service, the Senior banker looked at the document and stated that she could do it then she said oh no it doesn't have area for your signature. Very unprofessional and novice. Will never visit this branch. I have been a BOA customer for so long and this is the worst branch.
