A stupid construction that lasts almost three months, every time I come to withdraw money I can never because the construction has the Bank closed at night, damn it
Had a couple thousand dollars stolen from my account and the bank has been completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and poor customer service.
Bank of America declined a $1k "BET" payment, then approved the same payment for $2k right after. When I call the actual bank, nobody answers. When I asked staff about this, I was informed they do not get paid enough to answer calls. I filed a fraud claim and was told the problem will get solved yet heard nothing. No refund. No new card. I'm a college student who worked hard for that money, and they let it disappear without even notifying me.
I have been a bank of BOA client for over 30 years this branch so far has not customer service, the branch manager is very unprofessional and her staff, her cut people off and refuse to assist and find a solution to fix issues, I will escalate this issue to the top, this branch need all the staff to be changed all together, how come a staff raise their voice and cut customers off, and refuse to listen to assist them. WORSE SERVICE EVER
