They need to fix their staffing issues. I show up to make a business cash deposit, and am told I must wait until the only person capable of making a deposit gets back from their lunch, which "should be" 10 minutes. Meanwhile, two other employees are sitting around who can't help because they apparently don't have the training to make a deposit. Really? This has been the worst banking experience ever when I arrive I had to stand in line while the so called manager and teller Sumedha stood around doing nothing while 4 people waited on line then the so called manager walked past all of us waiting no one said sorry for the wait nothing just attitude ok then after 20 minutes waiting I get to the desk and the teller Sumedha was rude to me talking down to me con someone go to this branch and train the employees on customer service & give them some diversity training explain to th... read more
Considering their size, they do just fine for us both personal and business! Just maybe add 1 mote ATM in the drive through, that would really be nice!
Very poorly run. Always short staffed, leading to wait times of 30+ minutes. Tellers are poorly trained. Not a great experience
