My experience with Bank of America clearly demonstrated how concepts like “customer service” and “risk management” can be applied in a very one-sided manner. After depositing a check originating from a legal and previously used money transfer, my account was abruptly restricted and my debit card was disabled. The service is wonderful ! it's like compared to others in the area. Firstly, they processed the transfer quickly and did everything calmly without unnecessary chatter. Secondly, they helped me change my address, which I couldn't do in my online account. Thirdly, they explained the reason why there was a problem with my debit card and helped resolve it. I am very happy with the result, the service, and the location! The staff is friendly and helped solve my problems in less than 30 minutes.
