Awesome service from bank employee by name bus berenbergÂ
I recently purchased a vehicle out of state (from NC). The initial wire transfer did not go through because the seller's bank gave the wrong routing number when we initiated the wire transfer from another branch. We came into this branch just before closing, hoping something could be done since we had to get on the road back to NC. Sophia and Jumana were amazing in cancelling the initial wire transfer and getting us a cashier's check so we could pay the car off that day. Thank you, Sophia and Jumana for all of your help!!Â
