Nicholas helped me greatly with working on my mother's account (as I am POA) as she is going through a terminal illness. He made sure I received all the statements I needed and helped me fast and quickly with anything else. Highly recommend this bank for any of your needs.

I had the WORST experience, spent TWO hours at the bank and an hour on the phone to order copies of checks from 3 years ago that they don't offer access to online but are needed for my Grandma to be enrolled in a Medicaid hospice program, she has no money and these crooks charged her almost $60 for 20 lousy pieces of paper, I did all the work, printed the statements and check #s and they wouldn't allow me to print check images at home, instead they insisted on charging my poor grandmother $3-5 a check, they just don't care a... read more
