I always like their service. When I lost cashier check in several thousands. They help track it down and reassure me that it arrived at it's destination. That it was cashed. A little wait for reassurance is better than a short line any day.
Gonna try a different bank one that's reasonably close. Don't want to make trips out of town to just end up putting it back into gas.
Bank of America is closing this branch in February 2022 leaving thousands of Navajo people, many of whom are below the poverty line without a branch. Bank of America will cite a conversion to digital banking for their clients but in reality, thousands of homes still don’t have power or running water, much less internet access to access their account. only one teller, while 20 or so ppl are in line. I feel bad for the elderly who do not how to use the ATM. I don't do my banking in Gallup. only 2 teller are available to assist. very bad banking svs.
No one answers the phone. Ever. Tried going through the national phone number to get them to contact this bank and they can't do it either.
