The two times that I’ve had to cash a check Claudia has been extremely helpful, I have to give credit to the branch for the great customer service! And not just Claudia, but the other representatives are very attentive to the clients. The line was long this morning, but the team worked together and helped everybody out in a timely manner.
I have NEVER waited almost a hour to get a cashier. Absolutely ridiculous get some more cashiers on high volume days. Maybe need another branch manager.
I lost my debit and credit card and tried to replace them on my mobile app, but the app said I had to go to a bank center. Explained my situation to this man and he basically told me to do it on the app and was very dismissive in general
One of the worst customer service experience at the branch. Queue of customers extends to the door and no one seems to care. If you have a day to spend to do banking, go here. No BOA, better banks around
This is best branch with very best quality of service! All employees are best !let’s start with Sequrity man! He always welcome every single person out side door! All desk person is wonderfull! Ginny , Gilbert , Guadalupe and Yolanda are perfect and nice! Thank you for your service!
