The waiting time always extremely long for customer service or cashiers. This location is always busy so the BOA needed to hire more employees to run business. We just can’t wait 30 to 45 minutes to see cashier for a transaction.
There is only one person inside of bank to wait on people with issues that come in with problems. Been here since 9:00 to open up acct it's still 10:44 still waiting to see someone two ladies walking around 138 office.

To all small businesses out there—consider this a warning. For the first six months, they put holds on 75% of your deposits, making everyday operations like payroll unnecessarily difficult. Horrible wait to get to the teller
Really bad customer service. There are always two tellers open for like 20 people in line. It's ridiculous that we have to wait in line for almost 45 mins to only cash a check or make a deposit. PLEASE PLEASE... work better in getting people in and out at a faster paste.
