I believe this bank is racist. My son came in there. White had tattoos on him had a chat that came from Bank of America from a car insurance company. And they refuse to casaying, they require AI. D. A passport, a student ID or something and he had a Driver's license and they still refuse to cash it. This bank is no good. I would never go there.
They don’t know how to do there job
It's a bank. I put money in and take money out.
The lobby closes at 4 which is ridiculous. Banks are supposed to be open from 9-5 hence the universal term "banking hours". I can't really give an honest opinion of the bank as I was forced to use the drive through to complete a cash deposit. Taking the human interaction out of the equation may be exactly what banks want but it is certainly not what this customer wants.
Wish 0 starts could be left. If its any bank to avoid its this one. They want to charge to cash a check nowadays, been here numerous times before and never an issue until today. The employee said he did not understand why we have never been charged hes been there 3 years, first time I ever seen him. This bank is not worth banking with whatsover. Ill never step foot in this place again.
