Bank of America ATM is on the outside of the building. You can drive up, or walk up. It’s a newer machine (I just saw one) which was very easier to use. The machine allows you to pick which denomination of dollars I wanted to take out. ($50 was not an option). Super easy!
Great customer service.
I made an international transfer, the person who helped me was DAVID HARRISON made the transfer wrong, after doing a bad job, when I complained he never told me he was sorry, he just told me that the transfer was wrong and that I had to wait for my money to be back in 5 days with a bad attitude. IT IS A PERSON WHO HAS NO EDUCATION!!!!!
The staff need to learn how to respect the customer.
I waited at the drive thru and the tellers saw me but didn’t pay attention to me. I then honked and she came to the window and told me it was no longer open. Well they should post a sign to let people know!!
