About a month ago, I visited the branch to complete a wire transfer and requested a receipt for official documentation. I was told their printer was not working, so they would email me the receipt. You would think that a bank of this size would actually do things properly but they don't. I sold my car to this lovely couple and we went to BofA in Uptown. I needed to pay off the balance which was a fairly large transaction and I had to do it through the window. You would think that the manager or some one would take you into one of the many offices to do a transaction but nope.
