Confused to why there are bad reviews made I move out of the neighborhood during the winter but when I use to go to this bank it’s always been positive and pleasant experience. I went at different days and times during the week. The banker that personally help me set up my original account was a lady but I forgot her name but she did an excellent with explaining everything regarding opening a account. The other employees ,bankers , and manager are extremely sweet and helpful I would advise people to overlook the bad reviews ... read more
