You would think that a bank of this size would actually do things properly but they don't. I sold my car to this lovely couple and we went to BofA in Uptown. I needed to pay off the balance which was a fairly large transaction and I had to do it through the window. You would think that the manager or some one would take you into one of the many offices to do a transaction but nope. I am living close to this office and I have never gotten help. The only thing that they recommend wait 2 hours or come back tomorrow.
Lobby was dirty and the customer service host was rude when I asked to use restroom…. I have banked with BOA for over 20 years and am starting to lose confidence in their customer focus.
