If you want to get treated like a human being this is the place for you. Gus is literally the nicest and most helpful banker I have EVER encountered. I have a BOA 3 minutes from me (which is great if you want to be treated with contempt) but I drive the 20 mins to Old Tappan extra when I need to visit a bank. This bank is the standard, other bankers should be forced to learn from Gus before sending them off into the world.
The staff at Bank of America in Old Tappan are ABSOLUTELY wonderful, caring, professional and extremely helpful! Especially, Angelee, Liam and Gus! I am a long time Old Tappan resident and it is SO refreshing to have a bank in town that feels like family! God Bless the staff and all that they do for their customers! THANK YOU!
