I visited the Bank of America Old Tappan financial center to open my first account. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mehmet and his manager Rosa. Their hospitality was amazing during my visit. Mehmet is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me all the different types of accounts and the digital banking opportunities that are available, along with the benefits that come with them. All Employees at this branch are very kind and professional. I would give them 6 stars if I could because they dress very nice.
Extremely understaffed. It's the only Bank of America in the area so unless you want to drive out of your way, you don't have a choice.
