If you want to get treated like a human being this is the place for you. Gus is literally the nicest and most helpful banker I have EVER encountered. I have a BOA 3 minutes from me (which is great if you want to be treated with contempt) but I drive the 20 mins to Old Tappan extra when I need to visit a bank. This bank is the standard, other bankers should be forced to learn from Gus before sending them off into the world.
The staff at Bank of America in Old Tappan are ABSOLUTELY wonderful, caring, professional and extremely helpful! Especially, Angelee, Liam and Gus! Excellent experience at the Bank of America in Old Tappan (211 Old Tappan Rd.). After a very frustrating situation at the Closter, NJ branch, I came here and was assisted by a young representative named Keven. Keven was polite, professional, and extremely helpful.
